The youth work of the member organisations of SAMARITAN INTERNATIONAL eV attaches importance to contemporary offers for leisure and education, which promote tolerance, self-confidence, understanding and the care of other human beings. Through varied seminar and group offers it wants to contribute to helping young people to develop to become independent and responsible personalities. Many youths also later participate as volunteers in the various activities of the member organisations of SAMARITAN INTERNATIONAL.
The youth organisations of the member organisations have formed the working group "Youth International" within SAMARITAN INTERNATIONAL, which among others allows an interesting insight into the cultures and ways of life of other nations through regular international youth meetings of young people.
Additionally, SAMARITAN INTERNATIONAL promotes the exchange of youths from the main states of the member organisations through the assistance in international volunteer programmes. |
